My wife Jeri, daughter Sarah, and son Jonathan

I graduated from Texas A & I University at Corpus Christi with a Bachelor of Music and Southwestern Baptist Seminary with a Master's of Church Music.

4. If you could have dinner with any living person, who would you choose and why?

Jack Nicklaus because he would have some great golf stories to tell

5. What one thing do you love most about Colonial Hill Baptist Church?

The attitude and spirit of the people

6. If you had to choose only one food to eat for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Hamburgers

24 and sports in general

8. If you weren't in ministry, what profession would you pursue?
Teaching

I didn't meet him, but Gary Player made me move before he hit a shot in a tournament he was playing.

"The Heart of the Artist" by Rory Noland

14. What is your favorite memory about another CHBC staff member?
For me, it's not just one event or one staff member, but it's the unscheduled times we as a staff gather around the office and just hang out for a few minutes or review an event together or support one another in a non-formal kind of setting.

Barnyard smells

A lithograph of a string quartet Jeri gave me
